As we all know, I am a hardcore thriller/mystery lover. In fact, someone just messaged me and said

Okay, I don’t know where to start. Actually, I do.
1. spelling and grammar aside, (yes, I am a grammar nazi) THANK YOU SO MUCH! That’s exactly what I wanted to be known for.
2. As for your second question/comment, I am figuring that out, but for now here’s a blog post with that info!
Everything Jennifer Hillier writes

Auto-buy author much? I have her backlist on my TBR and I’m buying her next book no matter what. Jar of Hearts is probably one of my favorite books, plus she’s Filipina AND a thriller writer?
Arsenic and Adobo by Mia Manansala
Speaking of Filipina, when I first heard of this title I think I squealed (no, I fully admit that I screamed). Full disclosure, I haven’t read it yet (it’s getting RAVE reviews though!).
Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng
HOW DARE THEY NOT ADAPT THIS BEAUTY?!?! EINTY is heartbreakingly beautiful- admittedly I haven’t read this in a while, but I do remember reading it over a week (for a little book, it sure is HEAVY!) and remember thinking about it for a long time after I finished reading.
Searching for Sylvie Lee by Jean Kwok
This one is similar to EINTY, but it’s just as beautiful and sad.
Dial A for Aunties by Jesse Sutano
I canβt wait to read this one! Getting Crazy Rich Asians and murder mystery vibes already.
~*BONUS*~
The Astonishing Color of After by Emily X. R. Pan
I say bonus because this one isn’t necessarily a mystery- well it kinda is and really isn’t.
